How do I obtain a quote?
To receive a quote, please email your name, event date, venue address, the number of staff needed, and their working hours to info@professionalevent.com. Kindly note that there is a minimum booking requirement of 4 hours. To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit and a signed contract are necessary, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your event date.
What type of staff do you provide for events?
We have a diverse database of staff with a range of experiences, primarily offering waitstaff, bartenders, and personnel for meetings, conferences, and registration. Our team collaborates seamlessly across different functions to enhance various types of events.
What is the staff attire?
Our standard attire for most events consists of all black, including a button-down collared dress shirt, black dress slacks, and black shoes. However, we understand that preferences may vary, and we are flexible with staff attire. We'll discuss your specific preferences during the consultation call to ensure everything aligns with your vision.
